I wish I could post 0 stars. This is absolutely the worst student apartment to stay in. There are plenty of better options near USF with better rates. Please be aware of hidden fees. You will have an overage fee for utilities every month even if you are not at the apartment for a month. When they say stuff is included in the rent, it is not! The only way they let you out of the lease is if you sublet it which says a lot because they only want to keep the apartments filled. It also means they are lazy and don’t have to clean the apartment because if they sublet it, you take it as is, so the unit never gets cleaned. Don’t take my word for it, pictures speak for themselves . This is what is looked like when I moved in (see photos). The apartment complex is dirty. Very disappointed with the staff and service here. DISGUSTING.
I want to give a big thanks to the staff here at the social! The GM Alyssa was so helpful when assisting me with my issues on-site and always got back to me in a timely manner. Without a doubt I would definitely say Alyssa and her staff gave me 5 star customer service throughout the process of resolving everything.
I’ve been at the social for a while now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Anytime I run into an issue, the office staff is more than helpful. Any of my maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is always friendly. If you’re looking to move here, it’s definitely a great place to live.
I’ve lived at The Social for about 6 months now and it has been a joy! The location is great for USF students, it is safe and we have great amenities here. The gym, which I use everyday, is very nice and always clean. Valet trash comes and picks up your trash from the front door which is a huge plus. If I ever need maintenance work, I request it and there team will come and fix it the next day. Love it here and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

I’m going on year three at the social, and honestly my time at the social has been great. First let me start by saying the front office staff is very accommodating being a college student, 22 getting my life together lol things happen, things pop up but there’s never been a time when the front office staff hasn’t been able to work with me. Also a lot of people need to understand these apartments are lived in, they weren’t built yesterday issues will arise, but especially now with the new maintenance staff issues are addressed pretty fast, I would say at least a 24 hour turnover rate unless it’s a holiday of course, you just have to be realistic. For the price and everything you get I would honestly say living here is worth it, it’s a smaller apartment complex so the staff gets to know the residents and equally with the residents and the staff. I ❤️ the Social !
Overall, I enjoy this complex for affordable student housing. Definitely one of the better ones out there. I actually recommend this place others. I’ve been here for a little over a year and only had a couple problems with maintenance and over charges due to maintenance issues (i.e dryer, garbage disposal) but response times have been getting better. But, I would recommend for anyone starting out.

I've lived here at the Social for the past 6 months at a 4x4 Premium paying about 950 per month. As for an apartment, it serves well. I haven't had any major issues with any of the appliances or rooms, and the communication with the front office is consistent. There are minor issues with things like the dryer taking a while, an ant or two by the window (I live bottom floor), or other minor things. Other than that, I've had a good experience at the Social, and plan on renewing for a better rate.
Went on a tour with a friend as she was looking for a place. Very affordable and gorgeous room plans! She ended up sharing a 4 bed 4 bath and it was such a a great price. Everyone was super helpful. Definitely recommend anyone looking for student apartments in the area!
